Arrow Electrical Lighting and Electrical Store

I am an architect from India ordering for the first time on Arrow Electrical's website. The chat support through Natalie was extremely helpful with placing the order. She helped with all the details including stock checking and delivery as I had very limited time in London before leaving for India. She advised me to ship the lights to the Crickle wood store which would receive the product in a day's time. The service was personalised and I felt understood and prioritised. I immediately paid and she could see the order and told me that she will be in touch to complete it. Great service! Bravo to Natalie and Arrow Electricals.
