        Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. My appointment with the doctor was efficient and equally helpful. They now do online appointment bookings which makes life easier, before it was via phone and you had to call at a specific time but that wasnt too bad anyway. Pretty good NHS GP Practice all told.

        A disgrace of a surgery. My mum has some serious blood results back and the receptionists decide that its not urgent enough and make her wait for a week. If she gets sepsis I will be suing you. Absolute disgrace. Receptionists should not be making medical decisions they arent qualified In response to your reply. Who said my mother has the same name as me? Did you even bother to find out. It was the receptionist that spoke to my mum and decided when she could and couldnt have an appointment so shut up with your lies
