Unprofessional, Managers are liars. Cherry pickers. Don't bother With this company, they sell you false hopes, there contracting for their clients, they have standards to meet but when there client applies pressure and expectations to add more work they don't know how to deal with that pressure except to pass it on down the line to poor agents, the training is useless, you learn near to nothing, 4 weeks for training when most of it you learn on the job, promise Coaching sessions and ghosting sessions but this company would nevver fork that money out, everything they have seems like it's been borrowed or lended from their clients.The managers are rude and use foul language throughout but a agent can't express their feelings. The directors are liars saying they've been there for 30+ years but they have nothing to show for it when you start asking questions they side track. Avoid at all costs. They employ loads of people to get fundings from their clients but drop them like flies when they have the recorces saying they've employed more than they were suppose to. Wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole. Should be shut down.

This is a poor excuse for a company. Especially because in the third countries they actively promote all types of mobbing and evading the local laws. Avoid them as much as you can, these bullies should be exposed.
