Had two men install a door this afternoon. When I noticed it wasn't the door I'd ordered they contacted their manager and was told the door I chose, which was one of 5 different doors offered, wasn't available for the size I needed. When I spoke to the manager (no names given) I asked why no one contacted me to inform me, the response was aggressive, rude and unprofessional, trying to pass the blame. The person I spoke to on the phone ended the call by telling me to "f" off and put the phone down on me. Apparently they have lost the contract with N&SDC, as they couldn't manage the workload they took on. Disgusting company would never advise anyone to use them.

Been ringing for 1 week for someone to come out and sort my door mechanism out been told the person who will be coming is busy he'll be back after 3 rang after 3 he's either gone home or not back got told this morning again after ringing if you don't like our service go somewhere else , the bloke was so rude it was unbelievable I run a business and would never talk to my customers like this he then said I'm going and put phone down. Very poor service don't recommend negative customer care

Good prices, nice people who work there but unfortunately unable to keep up with guaranteed deadlines. We have emails confirming the order pickup date along with promise the order will be definitely ready as we made them aware that we have certain deadline; I personally spoke to a man called Chris at 4:40 pm day before pickup who confirmed the order is ready for collection from 8am following morning. We paid the day rate & delivery fee to person who supposed to fit the glasses and yet the order was not ready when our sub contractor came to collect the order around 1pm. He say Chris is sorry and the order will be ready for next week? Man called Richard Ball emailed me apologies and confirmed there will be no compensation due to the fact they apologised and no further action taken as the delay was "out of their control". 3 weeks after the purchase still no receipt nor the order. I truly appreciate the apologies but still I don't think this is the best place to shop.
