If you have any other options, use another supplier. A very simple order turned into a series of massively delayed deliverys, and orders missing parts when they did arrive. After months of not getting things, I realised it wasn't something the company could manage and had to cancel the order. I hoped there'd recognise what had got us there, and they would honour their T's and C's and it would be a simple refund. Even though they had failed multiple times they didn't want to refund me the whole amount. It took three months of ignored emails, their reception being unable to put calls back, promised callbacks not being delivered on that they gave the full refund. An exhausting company to deal with, and if you have any options, take them!

Wow, what a fabulous experience so far. Seriously these guys are good. Now at this point I can only refer to presales and aftersales experience. I have not yet unpacked the product or installed it so I will update this later once complete. So story so far: Presales questions about delivery were very honest and accurate. I was told that due to covid the current lead times will be longer, they were, but not by much; 15 days from order to receipt. Within a day of ordering I had an email asking me to confirm dimensions and the specifications for style and glass. In that email they gave me very easy to follow guidelines to install and build the opening. As this is my first Roof Lantern it was important I understood the install process and the same day they answered my initial questions and have answered more since. Very patient and understanding. I didn't ask them to spoon feed me but their install instructions and after sales professionalism is excellent. That same day I also got my delivery dates, which I am glad to say were adhered to perfectly. This allowed me to coordinate my own movements which, when you are involved in an extension build, is very important. When the roof lantern arrived it was very well packaged and the separate glass delivery driver also called me to arrange a delivery time, that was also appreciated. I have yet to inspect the lantern and that I will save for the weekend. I have yet to install it, still waiting for rain delayed roofer to complete, but so far so good and I will update this review in due course.
