        Fantastic service, very friendly and helpful over the phone and sorted out my order which was posted same day and arrived next day. Great customer service still exists and I found it right here...

        Very disappointed... no response to emails requesting confirmation re a replacement product- not even an auto receipt /holding email. So I called up sales.... but the attitude!! Which was (in summary) .... Really?! ..huff puff...( I could hear his eyes rolling)..... I cant be bothered...we are too busy and have bigger better clients to deal with...no we wont recommend a company that could help with your non consequential order... just go away...we may sell individual items on line but thats not important to us. We only deal with big orders.. Not sure how SD Products can claim any customer care focus. If thats the attitude / professionalism of the sales department then Ive no idea how they survive as a business. BTW Blaming his response on Covid is a joke and an insult. C-19 symptoms do not include bad manners, surly attitude or unprofessionalism.
