        So ordered a Walker & thought I had a problem so went on Amazon to return it, well easier said than done. So I rang you & spoke to a lovely lady called Victoria who took the time to help me & explain things, she also found a solution to my problem. Thank you so much for your help. I will be ordering directly from you in future.

        I was looking for a Days Rollator and went to Cymru Healthcare in Merthyr Tydfil, where first of all they said they would attempt to order one from you. But later that day, they rang to say that You (Performance Health) and Days had gone out of business. Funny that I was able to buy the same product a Days Rollator at Bush, Aberdare this morning. A very nice purple one and in the booklet that came with it, was a 3 Year Warranty from yourself (Performance Health). I just thought you might like to know what Cymru Healthcare in Merthyr Tydfil are telling customers.
