        Exceptional care given from first initial phone call to post op checks. Friendly knowledgeable staff that are always happy to help and answer any questions you may have. Would definitely recommend this surgery

        The Vet was very calm, kind and understanding of my dog's anxiety. She was thorough yet had the ability to ensure my dog remained settled throughout the vaccination procedures which he hates. She gave me confidence and also treated me with respect. Thank you.

        This was Mabels first vaccination appointment. The vet(richard) was very friendly and brilliant with Mabel. He explained everything i need to know regarding looking after a puppy and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I signed up for the healthcare plan which was explained thoroughly by Carol on reception. The staff here couldnt be more helpful!
