Just bought 2nd car from here. Very helpful staff, especially Charles and Courtney. Not pushy at all. Pleasant browsing environment, massive stock, free drinks, clean disabled toilets, plenty of good disabled parking.

Quality cars well presented. Not hassled by salesmen. Reasonable trade in offer for my own car.

Lots of cars to view but got pestered every couple of minutes by staff giving their 'advice' Not impressed by this method of sales.

The 2 stars have been given because of the good initial sales process. However, afterwards, we had shoddy service from a company that has provided decent service in the past. There was a crack in the windscreen that we had not noticed (it was not in the immediate field of vision, being close to the edge). Took the car back to get a repair two days after buying it. We know that the crack had not been caused since leaving Available Car two days before. AC tried to repair and said they couldn't and said we would need to sort ourselves. In other words, they weren't interested. The negative review is given on the basis that 1. AC blamed us for not checking the car properly. 2. AC's quality control is weak enough to let a car be sold with a non-repairable screen. 3. AC's reputation is unwarranted if they sell cars with faulty parts without informing the customer. To say that we're unhappy is an understatement.
