I paid a 200 Deposit and was promised more photos, I was ringing every day and hearing a different excuse every day. I finally 10 days later got one elsewhere. I was promised my deposit back but again 2 weeks and nothing. They ignore phone calls and messages. Give this firm a very wide berth

Fantastic Garage. We have had a car with them and the gearbox went faulty and the garage honoured the warranty and have had a 3,500 pound auto gearbox installed. Thanks to Jordan for the fantastic service

Sold a rubbish car that was supposed to be fully functioning , have waited moths for them to fix it after paying over 8 grand for the vehicle , customer service was appalling and after they fixed it on multiple occasions the car still has engine management light and fault codes come up , they offered no support as they refuse to pick up the phone , they provided more than one hire car which wasnt road worthy, and the vehicle still is not fixed ....... AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Updated post Almost a year after purchasing this vehicle it is still in their possession for repair!!!!!!!!! Feel like they sold me thin air for a lot of money. Not a nice way to thank an nhs nurse Unfortunately Its not possible to give negative stars so URGENT WARNING I purchased a vehicle from Dalesnorthmotors and had an engine malfunction warning with in a minute of driving away along with severe oil leak & major electrical fault. This was the end of November 2019 the car spent months at a time in their company awaiting repair and each time it was returned the same issues were still present and is still not sorted as of 2ndJune 2020 The company owner will not discuss or remedy the complaint and SLAMS the phone down when called. I will be taking them to court unless this issue is resolved within the next 16 days! As an on call hospital employee I really did not & do not need this during this pandemic. I am working hard to help my patients, our hospitals & community but my car keeps breaking down M Clarke
