So, after getting ripped off by a car dealership and buying a bad, bad car, I went to Kirkby Road Garage and met Steve. At the time I was so unsure and untrusting due to my last experience. But, I received a very empathetic, understanding and patient individual who took time while I made a decision. I asked loads of questions which I am unsure if he was used to being asked, from the history of the car to who does there MOT and service. Still now I ask questions and Steve will answer regarding the car which puts my mind at ease a lot and helps educate me in areas I do not know. Let's face it, which car sales person do you know who answers your texts after you purchase the car? I understand the Garage has been around a long time and I can understand why! I hope this car lasts me a long time and Steve is retired by the time I exchange it. However, I would return to buy my next car from Kirkby Road Garage before I go anyway else and I would recommend a friend. Trust goes a long way!!! Thank you Steve...

I helped my old mother buy a lovely little Fiat 500 from this Garage just before Christmas. Its a very tidy pitch with good stock and the lads there were excellent with no fuss or hard sell. I would definitely recommend them, it was a good experience.

Amazing experience today, got a great car at a superb price. Steve was superb at making the transaction smooth and enjoyable. The finance company which I got externally was trying to add charges which Steve worked hard in making sure it never cost me any more than expected. Travelled a long way to retrieve this car because of the amazing value for a fantastic car. Truly got above and beyond and would highly recommend.
