The mark of a good dealer is not how they make you feel when they are trying to make you part with your cash but how your treated after. I recently bought a vehicle from SR Auto Group that developed a problem as can happen when dealing with second hand vehicles. Ryan was outstanding, he drove 20 miles to drop me a courtesy car and get mine to a main dealer to be fixed. Which was sorted within one day. This kind of customer service is what sets these guys apart

An excellent experience i had with SR for my recent car purchase. They were very friendly, professional and honest. It was a smooth process through out from paying the deposit to the delivery at my door step. They gave me plenty of freedom to check and test drive the car after delivery and even before making the full payment. Many thanks SR Auto Group.

Just purchased astra gtc vxr from this company, Finance agreement was completed instantly. With no stress mot then failed on the car for emissions. And part where orderd. And paid for by Sr autos long winded process as the part had to be deliverd and fitted/welded however they pushed to make sure this was done ASAP!. As soon as the car passed the mot they deliverd the car at my door for no extra cost due to the delay. As this was at 8.30pm so for someone to drive 4 hours and then uo atn8.30pm to drive home. I think that alone is just amazing service On inspection of the car washer fluid decided to pack In after the mot. So they are replacing that also Ryan was a top lad who dropped the car off and explained everything to a tee cheers fellas!.
