    My partner has a car with Suzuki by Ron brooks, and I was shopping for my first ever car. He took me to hear where we met Jason was he was friendly and informative, relaxed and open and honest. He show us a few cars and we took one for a test drive and me and my partner fell in love, and put a deposit down on the car to secure it that day. The process was straightforward we did have a few problems but the team Jason, Rob Toby and Brent went above and beyond to help sort this out quickly were kept really well informed throughout the steps. Any issues we had were rectified quickly and professionally. We had a lovely catch up with Brent over a cup of tea and really enjoyed his time and company while we was waiting for paperwork. Thank you, to all of the team at Ron brooks, as me and my partner has cars and will be returning back as loyal customers.

    I was driving down to view a car as arranged the day before and confirmed appointment on the same day (15/04/23) with a view to buy when I received an email to say they had sold to someone else. Nobody rung or contacted me to ask if I wanted to put a deposit down to take it off sale. There was no regard whatsoever for my existing appointment. I had been in negotiations the day before (14/04/23) and was informed at 4.30pm that day that the car had been priced wrong and would be going up by 1000 the next day unless I bought it there and then without either seeing it or test driving the car. The price was then changed on the Autotrader site that night to a price 1000 higher. Not the best way to sell a car or gain trust and I feel that the car was never going to be sold to me especially at the previously agreed price. When challenged it was confirmed that it had sold to someone who walked into the dealership that morning. I assume this was at the new 1000 higher price. No surprise then that they didn't want to honour my appointment based on the previous price and the price the car had been for the previous 7 days. Disgusting way to treat a potential customer. Jason and Toby need some retraining with regards to customer service and etiquette. Very amateur and blatant disregard for prior arrangements. Obviously getting a sale is the most important thing and not customer satisfaction. I will go elsewhere and hopefully others will too. I would rather deal with people who I can trust. A shocking way to conduct a sale. If the franchise owner wants to get in touch with me for more details I will gladly provide them in order to support an official complaint.
