Our sad old sofa was in desperate need for a make-over! Its feather cushions had started deteriorating and clumping together. The fabric was dull and faded. I contacted Simon , sent some photographs and he immediately was able to give me a ball park price, a rough time frame, and we made arrangements to visit his workshop to select fabrics. He came and collected the sofa as arranged, kept us informed throughout the whole job. Best of all he took obvious pride in his workmanship. Extremely pleased with our refurbished cushions & seat cushions. Our sofas look brand new! Seat cushions were filled with fibre filling & we were constantly having to plump them up plus over time they had become very saggy. S W Uphoksery came out with several options & recommendations for foam replacements. Fantastic service & very reliable. Would highly recommend.

I had a call out for a quote but unfortunately SW could not help. Nevertheless they were incredibly helpful and kind about the false call and tried to point us in the right direction, said they were there to help even if they could not on this occasion. Very impressed with their attitude.

We have just received our two sofas back from SW upholstery. The transformation of our 20 year old sofas is amazing. They looked dowdy and tired but still very sturdy underneath. We even had one shortened to fit the space better which was an excellent suggestion by Simon. The cushions and arms have been refreshed with new padding before recovering. There is a large selection of materials to choose from to make your sofa bespoke in design which far exceeds the options which are on offer from the main furniture retailers. Yet again helpful hints on combinations of colors and patterns were very helpful. Door to door service makes it an easy option and very friendly service. Thank you for a great service provided.

Simon is a very knowledgeable and pleasant chap. We needed new leather seat covers for our chesterfield sofa as our dog had torn the panel. The leather was almost exactly the same, the workmanship and timeliness was amazing. The new covers have breathed new life into our precious sofa that has so many memories attached to it.
