Picked up our new car a few days ago and can't fault the service we received from both Jason and Zach. We were kept updated all the way through it being in the workshop and never felt pressured throughout the process. Thanks to both of you for your help and understanding!

I can't thank Zach highly enough, no pushy sales techniques, it was like talking to a friend. Even at vehicle handover, it wasn't "here's your car, there go, thank you very much", he made it very obvious he was there for us in the future. The biggest thing for me, and it feels fairly obvious to say... is that he treated me like a 'normal' person. Having recently become disabled, I've seen both sides of how disabled people can be treated, and it was really nice to see that I was treated like a 'normal' person. Everyone we spoke to at Ron Brooks was great, but I would really highly recommend going and asking for Zach, I really hope he is still there when we look at our next new car, because he is a credit to the business, and credit goes to the business too, can't recommend enough. Go to Ron Brooks, and remember to ask for Zach!
