I really wanted to give a positive review, so i will as much as i can. People should note I am a trampoline coach and ex National level trampolinist. If you are looking for somewhere to do some fun tricks and tumbles, there are much better places out there. The trampolines are not very springy, even for a trampoline park, which was my biggest disappointment. There are no performance trampolines here either. My 6 year old daughter enjoyed herself, especially the climbing wall, making it to the top in 3 areas. I think the park is well laid our on the whole, making good use of the space. The only danger zone ia the tumble track near the climbing wall, which gets regular interruptions from other bounces. All the staff that i spoke to were well mannered.

Attended weekly for i-tots sessions. Hit and miss if you need to attend before session to watch the safety video. My 2 year old has been forced to watch it on every visit as instructed for insurance purposes, yet 4 people walked into the first session of the day today without having to. Children with additional needs are already hard work in social situations, without having to reason with them on why they have to do something that others don't. Over the last few months we've seen much older children take 3ft stuffed animals, juice cups, books, diggers etc onto the court. My child was told he couldn't bring his book, again, something that is fine for others to do. I took the decision to leave after a grand total of 10 minutes, including time taken to watch the video and put socks on. I understand the aspect of safety but please make it the same for all. Staff were particularly stressed today as bookers had turned up. Life is stressful unfortunately. Imagine being the parent of a 2 year old trying to explain hes doing something wrong even though he's seen other children do the same continuously. I'm sure our weekly attendance won't be missed but I do feel it important for staff to be not only more inclusive but also to employ continuity
