Avoid this taxi firm at all costs! One if their drivers took 6000 from my mum and still refuses to pay it back nearly 2 years down the line. All i get told him is that he knows the law and theres nothing we can do! The firm has not tried to help at all and as far as know this person is still working for them. Whatever you do don't entrust them with your elderly relatives! I know this post may seem unfair to the other drivers who work for them as they have done nothing wrong but the firm obviously doesn't feel like they have a duty of care to their passengers either.

I used this company for the first time earlier this month. I called them (they told me they are now Igo Anywhere) to arrange picking my 17 year old daughter up from a party. Being an over cautious mum I didnt want her walking home alone in the dark at 11.30pm. I got a text message giving the drivers name, car details and reg no. The driver John was fabulous. Being a teenager ... of course her phone battery was dead. However, I didnt need to worry as he called me on his arrival at the property and spoke to me again after dropping her at her Grandmas house. I was very impressed and they will be my first choice next time I need a taxi
