Having seen physios, sports masseuses, osteopaths, chiropractors and any other variations for years. I'd almost given up any hope of my body working the way I expected it to. I've been working with Marius for a over a year now and he has managed to diagnose and treat every injury as soon as it presents itself. Im pleased to now be working with Marius on prevention rather than treatment and not only has my overall health improved, so has my performance. I recommend Marius to anyone I speak with who mentions anything from a niggle to a major injury.

I do Crossfit and have had multiple appointments with Marius from a treatment, rehab and prevention perspective. Marius is very knowledgeable, approachable and is very good at identifying the root cause of injury/pain and suggest/prescribe what is needed. A few issues I had with my knee, hip mobility, stiffness were successfully resolved via treatment and a rehab plan. I also receive sports Massage from Rimini twice a month which helps me to keep up with the demands of training in the best possible way. I highly recommend Be Well Now for any sport related injuries and/or for maintaining your body injury free from a prevention point of view.
