Summer was saved thanks to the top treatment I received here. A mixture of treatments including massage and acupuncture helped to sort my hamstring out and get me back on the pitch. Communications, safety and facilities were all great. Very friendly physio too! I'd definitely recommend.

I have attended Active life physiotherary over several months for pre op and post op treatment for hip surgery. A very thorough and detailed personal service with lots of different treatments and physio given to help me to have a successful recovery. Reka takes lots of notes and information about your injury /issues and gives lots of tailored exercises which she pushes you hard to get correct for the benefit of it working correctly. I have no hesitation in recommending Active life and will use them in the future for any problems I may have down the line with mobility and strength. 5 star service. Many thanks for all your help.
