We as a garage have been using OSCA for years for things we cant do in house such as coding etc. Always a helpful and stress free service, cheers guys and gals

Had an ongoing issue with a troublesome Nissan - OSCA were amazing from start to finish - great customer service over the phone and online - which led to a personal visit to resolve the ECU problem - professional and helpful throughout - would recommend 100% everytime - thanks so much

I was a customer of osca since late 2019 iv carried out numerous jobs, and with success thanks to the technicians! iv even recommended many companies to join your service! (Never again). The last 12-18months have been appalling on the customer services side, if your face doesn't fit your really not welcome. This is a company solely there to provide a service in return to earn money not a friendship club!!. Iv had no option but to leave due to the attitude on the customer service side, this has like I said only been in the last 12-18months, when Claudia was there I found it to be a lot more productive then it is now and a pleasure to deal with. This review is after seeing a post on Facebook saying "we value what you have to say" really?.... No one has valued my say otherwise I wouldn't of had to leave this review today!.

Excellent service from OSCA recently, carried out software coding for a replacement Jaguar Steering Control Module. Cloud/Remote Diagnostics saved us from getting dealer intervention.

We have used OSCA on many occasions to carry out jobs that we were unable to complete in house. The process is so simply and they are very fast and knowledge and have always gotten the job done. A special mention to Ian who is an absolute wizard when it comes to Fords and never fails! A must have for any workshop
