        I went to timpson to get help putting a photo Into a locket because they do photo prints. The lady was very rude and just fobbed me off. Never go here again for anything

        Visited the store yesterday to get a key cut and my daughter had fallen over on the way in a cut her hand. The manager Natasha was so lovely and helpful got us a plaster. My daughter was crying where she had hurt herself and Natasha helped put a smile back on her face and gave her a Cinderella key. My daughter was made up from it. Its the little acts of kindness that go a long way. Great service, would recommend. Natasha is a credit to the store.

        Only spoke to the lady on the phone but offered me a good reduction on 3 suits to be dry cleaned, haven't been yet but I wil in the Very near future.

        Disgusting. They broke my Raymond Weil watch whilst fitting a new battery. Five weeks later I am still waiting for it to be repaired. So never ever trust Timpson to fit a battery in your watch.
