        Had a text message Tuesday to say my curtains were ready for collection. As busy Wednesday, made a special journey to collect them Thursday. When we arrived about 2.15pm they were shut with a note to say opening at 2.55pm and 10% off for any inconvenience. Spent 45 minutes looking round Sainsbury and Aldi and came back to collect my curtains. The note on the counter says Rhys has worked for Timpson since Pontius was a pilot and that he is interested in the gym and gaming. Pity Customer Service wasn't on his list. I understand he needs a 45min lunch break that has to be fitted around customers dropping off goods, however he point blank refused to refund 10% of the cost of the curtains (7.50). Either the text should say the kiosk is closed between 2.15pm and 3pm or may be the offer of a discount should not have been made. Very disappointed.
