Jess served us and made a lovely job for our new house keys. She took the time to tell us which keys were suitable and helped me pick a cute design for my key, her costumer service were 10/10 I couldnt fault anything, will definitely be back in the future and hope to deal with Jess again. Sat waiting at the Kiosk for over 10 mins to be then shouted at across the store in front of my 10 year old daughter, telling me I am rude. How about staff learn some customer service skills and apologise for me waiting or even better leave a sign explaining so. Dont expect my daughter to be stressed visiting a shop and am fully aware it is a human right to have a break, as he squarked at me, but it's also my right to be served by someone who has better customer service skills than a flea.
