        Doesn't exist as Housing 21 any more. It is now privately owned and flats are rented out. Flats are compact and comfortable but security is not great. Flat doors are poorly fitted and only have the simplest locks. The secure entry phone. system for the building does not work. The flats are quite expensive to maintain.
