Lidnsey is great at her job, very friendly and very compassionate. I will admit I was a nonbeliever with counselling thinking it wont work an il be stuck with my mental health. But Lidnsey worked her magic and has helped my turn my life around for the better. Worth every penny and ever ounce of time. I would highly recommend Lidnsey, she has Kind in her name for a reason haha. Thank you again Lidnsey, you are great and my life can get back on track now thanks to you.

I began counselling with Lindsey in May of 2021. After working with her in the last year I can confidently say I am better mentally than I was before starting. I understand myself and my body/brain better and how my trauma and past life experiences affect me. Lindsey was always well informed, a calming and positive presence. She always made sure that I knew I was in control and I couldnt have felt more comfortable around her. She provided great resources for me to look at in regards to things that were spoken about in sessions. Before starting my journey I would have never thought I could have achieved what I have with her guidance. Shes amazing at what she does and I wish her all the best.
