        Waited almost a month for 3 badges !! Customer service did update me once to say what had happened I had to approach them first ... won't use again

        Order number 000011774 I ordered my badges to take to an event three weeks before I needed them. I had to chase three times for my order and customer service attitude was I should have ordered sooner. The badges arrived to late I had left for the event. Icing on the cake is on my return I reported my complaint twice to Badge master so called customer service and two months later still no reply!

        Badges are good but service is horrendous. Use to use this company a lot through our corporate account so contacted for a repeat order, this was in February and received the order on 22nd April. Did not receive any confirmation of order, proof of items or any other communication. Also the packaging was ripped open when it arrived. Will be finding a new company supplier.
