Nuncargate Post Office

I will no use another post office whilst this one is open, they are extremely helpful and polite, they go above and beyond and the Post Office should be proud.

As someone who runs a local business and spends over 500 pounds sending parcels each month I decided to check it out as the main Kirkby post office is closing. My worst experience at a post office so far and I have used quite a lot. NOT FOR BUSINESSES as would only do 4 parcels at a time. Expected me to leave cash and my parcels so he could do at his leisure. When I refused he was very affended and treated me poorly (Quite upsetting). I later found out that of the two parcels he did eventually do for me he overcharged me on one by over 6. I can't trust this post office and won't be returning.

Pity about one of the staff though, won't be shopping there again and I've been shopping there all my life

Always a friendly and ultra efficient service from this incredibly hard working couple. Long may they continue !

This is a fantastic post office run by a very friendly & helpful couple who always go that extra mile for their customers. Nothing is to much trouble for them & I wouldn't use any other post office. Keep up the good work!
