In the past have made several phone calls to Morton Plumbing and Heating, and even sent an email, all with no response. This morning, I rang and actually got an answer! I was told very sharply no one could fix my toilet as they are too busy. The man stressed that he spoke to me early this monring and he already told me this. I had not rang at 07.30 this morning. Such bad manners, poor customer service.

Very professional and friendly company that have completed a full boiler install with repairs to the existing system last year and then have come yesterday for its first service. Highly recommended and a great team. Thanks again!
