        Jim is a very friendly, reliable guy. He was clearly rushed off his feet but made time to try and trouble shoot a clogged up system. Unfortunately, he ran out of time before he could fix it himself but he instructed me on the thing that he'd do next and that worked a treat. He was here for nearly two hours and charged a very reasonable amount for his efforts and guidance. Seems to get booked up pretty quickly so for any non-emergency work would suggest you get booked in in plenty of time!
