We couldn't be happier with our loft conversion that Matt, along with his business partner Dan, took on. The project involved creating a brand new room in our loft space with floor support, velux window, full electrics, spot lighting, insulation and a new staircase to the room. Matt gave us a number of budget options to think about and, after having chose one, provided a clear payment schedule (3 stages) with final payment due on completion of all works, signed off to our satisfaction. There was never any pressure to pay earlier. The job threw up a few challenges along the way but the guys worked extra time at weekends to complete on time, all within the agreed price. The work was completed to a very high standard and our new loft room looks fantastic. Matt and Dan were also incredibly easy to get on with, friendly, polite and chatty which is important when you've got work going on in your house for 4 weeks. They tidied up at the end of each day so that it didn't feel too invasive while the work was going on. We will definitely be asking Matt to do more work for us in the future and would happily recommend him.

An excellent whole job completed by Matt from Sutton Plastering & Home Improvements. A total transformation of a new kitchen; with new plastering and new floor as well as units, worktops, sink etc. All work completed perfectly and no mess left to tidy away. Happy to have found this company and will definitely use again for more home improvements and plastering work.
