Several months ago I was in training for a half marathon when I started getting pain in my knee, the pain gradually got worse so off I went to see Rory!! Rory was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was impressed with the initial phone consultation to see if he could help me before taking me in as a patient. Each appointment he gave me exercises to do which was backed up on email. I carried on running on the advice of Rory, while doing my exercise. My knee is completely pain free and today I ran my half marathon in a great time and with no pain at all. Would highly recommend Rory Holliday!! Thanks Rory

He the most beautiful facial and feet reflexology with Paul. Felt so relaxed during and afterwards; highly recommend. Paul quite literally has magic hands; really looking forward to next time with him.

I have been visiting Rory Holliday for the last 6 months following a car accident at work and can't speak highly enough of both him and the facilities at the clinic. I was struggling with back pain following my collision and with the fantastic help from Rory, and by doing the specific exercises advised, there is most definitely light at the end of the tunnel!! Thank you again Rory and if anyone is suffering from similar to myself I highly recommend

I was treated by Rory Holliday Physiotherapist at the Sherwood Wellness clinic in May 2021. I found Rory to be professional, caring, and honest in the expected outcomes of his work. I found a great deal of benefit through his in- clinic treatments and follow up exercises which greatly improved my quality of life.

Went to see Sally today ,had a very painful ingrowing toe nail. She was wonderful , she sorted it out and gave me good advise on how to manage it going forward. Would highly recommend.
