        My GP had messed up my prescription leaving me without medication and having a mental health crises on a bank holiday. One lovely lady in particular at this pharmacy helped me through the 111 process, calmed me down and got me through the time until my meds kicked in. She literally saved my life that day. GPs often mess up and this lovely team are so organised and do their best.

        The lady I spoke to on the phone was so so rude, I was enquiring about something I needed urgently as I am pregnant and need to take said medication, she basically said to me how would I know whats on your repeat prescription? Im pretty sure you can just print out a piece of paper with my repeat medication thats ordered monthly and tell me.. or look on the system, its not rocket science, just a very unhelpful and off putting attitude
