        Staff are rude brought tooth repair kit didnt work properly I returned it back to boots but they wouldnt exchange or refund for item said dont replace healthcare products but didnt work so why sell something that was useless and poor quality wouldnt use boots again Ill stick to Superdrug from now on DISCUSSING SERVICE

        Horrible, rude and harassing behaviour from an old man security guard. I feel like this store doesn't care about customer experience at all to allow this. I was followed from aisle to aisle which ruined my shopping experience, I just left in the end without finishing my shopping

        I needed help with a parcel that hadnt shown up yet and the lady I spoke to was really rude. She sounded like she didnt want to be there and was rushing me every time I tried to speak or even talked over me.
