Fantastic dog groomers my little boy Ollie loves it when he comes back home after his visit he runs all around the bungalow because hes all cut clean and fresh wouldnt take him anywhere else so friendly and love animals xx

Ted loves his grooming, even though he's nervous when he gets there, but that's just Ted. He always looks very handsome and smells lovely. The staff are amazing, friendly and wonderful at their job. Thank you On All Pawz

Had my future appointment cancelled and my dog kicked out of their services because I questioned the latest price increase, (it increases every 6 months) then I received a long email regarding how my dog was very matted and yes I left it 23 wks but he doesnt like being brushed (he is 8 and never has) and we were going through personal things which meant financially every penny went on my children and paying bills so I brushed him where he let me during that time! These have been amazing with him for 2 years but for some reason are happy to lose a regular pooch they have worked so well with, I dont drive so take him in a taxi from Sutton so as to keep him with a familiar groomer, but 47 every 5 wks is a lot of money in this financial crisis. Hence the email, also I do not need a reply as you stated it all in the email Frazier Thanks for the great service you did for him in those years **** RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY** YOU CANCELLED HIS APPOINTMENTS WHEN I QUESTIONED ANOTHER PRICE INCREASE but now saying this!!!! we never ignored your advice, he gets brushed daily but. Only on the areas he can tolerate!! He isnt neglected, he came for his grooms because he needs it,!! When we rang for updates during his groom each time, we just get yes hes fine! Never any feedback of how he tolerated it etc!

This is really the best cut she's ever had, she looks & smells beautiful, great service good communication from booking to collecting after she'd had her pamper, booked her in for next to monthly appointments as don't want to miss out on appointments as these really are
