I cannot believe these despicable people can still sell dogs or have a service at all. If any of you have a precious animal, please do not send your dog here or most importantly buy a dog from these people or this business. My family member bought a little pup a while ago, nothing at the time was particularly worrying expect the owner was a little cold and not the best experience with her. When taking the pup home ( who was also quite alot older than the age that pups would normally be bought at ) it was extremely static and scared. We thought this might just be a phase and didn't worry about it too much. As time went on , and to this day she suffers from absolute crippling anxiety of people, dogs, noises and the outside. It so deeply upsetting to see our pup unable to live a truly happy life due to these people. We've had a wonderful trainer and seen vets who've all explained that it's clear these pups have just never been socialised or shown love before and have experienced trauma that pups Should just never have to experience. Please, for whoever reading this, do not for anything buy your pup from here or send it to be looked after with these people. I recommend buying from a breeder who was recommended to you by people you know or making sure it comes from a family environment and not what seems like a puppy farm.

I used to take my old precious furbaby Frankie here after viewing various dog care facilities. I liked what facilities they had (no horrid cages) and more than that you can see Amelia and staff really care about the pets in their care. Walking in to find a massive bowl of scrambled egg being whipped up to feed all the dogs initially surprised me, until she explained about how many dogs they have with separation anxiety and often won't eat dog food but generally will eat scrambled egg and cheese etc. I knew then this place really understood dogs so was the place for my anxiety ridden Frankie. So now we have 2 other puppies, I wouldn't take my baby's anywhere else. Thank you Amelia and team. See you next time love and licks... Lottie and Poppy xx

When I first walked in the whole place was spotless from top to bottom, the staff were thorough with their questions about my dogs wants and needs which instantly put me at ease. When I collected the pooch she was happy and her tails was wagging before she even noticed I was there. Already booked in for her next stay in November!!! Book early though because this place is in demand!!
