    Ashley is very professional ,motivational and goes above and beyond with his time and effort I got problems with hips ,wrists and general inflammation he helped me with diet and got me training pain free when Im well which was my goal but Ive got stronger and leaner as a bonus he is amazing I would definitely recommend him to anybody who need a personal trainer Thank you so much for how much you have helped me Michelle

    When I first began training. I Honestly thought I would not be able to do it. But im currently 8 weeks in. and lost 10.2 kg! That's a staggering amount. But ash gives you the push and motivation you need, if you are willing to put the hard work in, ash will get you the results you want, Honestly I would highly recommend ash to anyone.

    Amazing service and amazing results, the best investment youll ever make! Ive been coached by Optimal performance, specifically by Aimee, for just over 4 months now and the transformation Ive seen has been phenomenal. Ive achieved a big loss in body fat and seen my physique become lean and muscular. On top of that, I feel confident in the gym, more in control of my future and more motivated day to day. Aimee always knows how to push me and develops detailed plans to help maximise my meals and my time in the gym. Every decision has a reason and I know her attention to detail is helping maximise results. In the gym, her and Ashley both push me, make me accountable and help me dig deep to find a new intensity I didnt have before. Theyre both game changes and I cant thank them enough. This is the best investment youll ever make, invest in yourself

    My experience with Personal Trainers is limited, but Ashley sets the bar insanely high. About 12 weeks in and about 10kgs down with no signs of slowing down. Ashley will use his experience, knowledge and expertise to put together a plan once you tell him your end goal that will work best for you and is very willing to accommodate for any physical weaknesses or limitations you might have going into it to either improve them or work around them. He's almost always available to contact if I happen to have any burning questions and communication is key. As long as I keep putting in the effort inside and outside the gym, I know that Ashley will also put everything into helping me achieve my final goal. During training he always makes sure that I can feel the excercises working where they're supposed to for maximum efficiency and he always pushes me to work just a little bit harder. My progress towards weight loss on my own was doing alright but now that I'm training with Ashley, given what I've achieved so far, I'm confident I'll be in the best shape of my life. If you're unsure about whether getting a PT is worth it - the investment in yourself is absolutely worth it, and my results with him speak for themselves. I can't recommend Ashley highly enough.

    I begun PT sessions with Ashley at the start of August, and the amount of progress achieved so far is incredible! Before starting I was extremely unhappy with my appearance, wondering how I'd let myself get so out of shape and hated looking at myself in photos. When I approached Ashley asking for help, he never once judged me, and just listened to all my concerns, allowing me to feel heard and explained exactly how he could help me. Signing up for PT sessions is one of the best decision I've made, and although every session is tough, it's an incredible feeling being able to do more than you thought you could! As someone who ate out at every available opportunity, his support with nutrition plans has been a God send on both my health and my pocket! If I've ever had an issue with the plan, he's always just a message away and provides the advice and guidance needed to stay on track and keep ploughing on. I genuinely couldn't recommend anyone else more than I can Ashley! A 4.5kg drop in just over 6 weeks has left me feeling so much better already, and I can't wait to see what the next 6 bring! So if you want to get into better shape with a PT that you can have a laugh with, feel comfortable exploring your strengths and limitations with, and with someone that has an infectious high energy personality - look no further than Optimal Performance! Thanks for everything so far Ashley!
