We had quite a significant amount of work by Spedding & Anderson, which included a rear extension, a 2 storey side extension, loft conversion, a new roof, resin driveways and all the interiors from plastering, plumbing, the whole house rewired and the kitchen & bathrooms fitted. With Spedding & Anderson you will receive complete professionalism from the beginning to end. From the initial visit where you will get a breakdown of costs, payment stages and dates of completion to the final stage. Simon and Jono do not leave until everything is completed to your standard. The team are trustworthy, reliable and dedicated.They arrive early each and every day and you have complete trust that they will complete the build within the timescales agreed. They work in a clean/tidy manner, they use the best quality materials and they take pride in their work which shows as their work is of impeccable standard. All the trades they use also work to the highest standard and you cannot fault any aspect of their work. Having had building work done over the years we can honestly say we have never met builders like these, they are one in a million and we cannot sing their praises enough.
