        Fantastic service from the Mansfield team, a regular client. From eye tests to purchasing of glasses, nothing is too much! Although it's a very busy branch, you will still be looked after. Regards.

        Not sure if it's this store or Specsavers generally but I was underwhelmed with the service. When I collected my glasses I was simply asked if they fitted, no attempt by the staff to check the fit as I have previously experienced at Specsavers in the town centre.

        Brilliant service,brilliant staff. My only grip I have is....... I've only had my glasses for approximately one month and I've had about 3 e-mails from them...First of all the survey after my visit...Then another e- mail regarding something else,now this e-mail about how am I liking my glasses... I told them all this in the survey...leave me alone....
