Visited today have to say Ian was like a breath of fresh air and so was , I believe her name was Sac very professional and helpful . The ladies who dealt with the paperwork and did the first assessment where lovely and explained everything to us despite the rudeness they received from a customer . Professional till the end . Definitely recommend to anyone needing an eye test or help with choosing glasses.

Visited today. No welcome to the store. The staff just look at you and dont acknowledge that you are obviously looking at frames. Main issue is that I want a basic pair of reading prescription glasses but on all women display stands the price started at 80. The gents section had frames starting at 45. I checked 3 times but nothing for women or the women/men display under the higher price.

Fantastic service today. I wish I'd got the ladies name. My glasses got sat on. The lens fell out. She spent ages trying to fix them and refused to give up. No charge, cheerful and so helpful. Would recommend everytime. Specs repaired and one very satisfied customer. Thank you.

I want to thank Peter for the wonderful fitting of my glasses today - I had been back several time and each time my glasses seemed to fit worse and worse, they had not been right from the start - and that is two pairs........ Peter is thorough and got to bottom on both pairs and they fit brilliantly which is really important when they are varifocals - Thank you Peter ....... you should run training for some of the other fitters as they are sadly lacking in your skill

Appalling customer service.Very rude staff. Stood looking at the frame displays for 5 minutes and none of the 4 assistants had the courtesy to acknowledge me. Two were deeply engrossed in a personal conversation. Went to do some shopping and went back in, same again no acknowledgement and the two assistants were still having the same conversation. Stood looking again at the frames before an assistant eventually asked if I was OK. I explained that I wasn't and advised that their customer service was appalling. I was told there is, a sign stating if you need help please ask. Maybe but none of the staff even knew I was there and failed to even have the courtesy to acknowledge my presence. Customer service was sadly lacking at this store.
