Cherubs Day Nursery Mansfield Woodhouse

Misleading information, staff on the phone should be able to answer questions about availability. Ive been let down very last minute because each person would give me different information. Unfortunately I cant recommend.

My daughter started her free hours here. Previously She has been at nursery since she was 9 months old at a different cherubs. However when starting here, she didnt like it, she would come home upset and I would reassure her it would get better. As time went on I became dissatisfied with the nursery. My daughter didnt have a named peg, she would come home without having any breakfast. The manager was no help when I expressed my issues. She was not very aproachable at all. I felt my daughter was just another number not a individual. I have since removed her from this nursery and she goes to papermoon. Myself and my daughter couldnt be more happier there.

My two daughters go here, when they were younger they went to the nursery part and now they often go to the after school club. The ladies here nurtured my girls, and helped me to potty train both of them. One of my daughters has autism, and the staff are amazing with her; they know which approach to take with her and they spent a lot of time taking her to her school for settling in sessions! There is a reason this nursery is classed as outstanding, and that is because it absolutely is. The staff are always friendly and supportive, and the manager has gone above and beyond for me and my girls. Infact there has never been a single day where she hasnt greeted me with a smile! The ladies gave my girls a home from home, plenty of cuddles, and it gave me 100% peace of mind leaving them there each day. I cannot recommend cherubs Mansfield Woodhouse enough, see for yourself, you will not be disappointed!
