No answer to phone calls and emails...Thats awful cant plan anything when to expect delivery.

Hanson Natural Stone. Company are the most unreliable, misleading and dishonest company that I have dealt with. When I ordered and paid for my slabs the delivery did not arrive. I had to chase my order 3 times. Due to the delivery being late I had to cancel my builder. Hanson promised free grout as compensation. I had to call them a further 3 times to learn that they had actually no intention of providing the grout. I again had to cancel my builders I can not tell you how disappointed I am with this company. If your project is time sensitive or you have to rely on builders then I would NOT recommend this company.

Unfortunately I only received part of my order. After constant phone calls from myself over a 5 week period, it seems this company are happy to ignore me. They keep saying they will send the itemsbut after 5 weeks I have realised all they are doing is lying to me. I would seriously suggest avoiding this company. Its turned out to be a very risky online purchase for this type of item that isnt easily returned and even worse considering the attitude of the company. Im now resigned to having to redesign my whole garden after they have taken 760 off of me and not fulfilled the order.

These are absolutely awful. I chose this company because of the positive reviews. Its been well over 2 months now, I've received only part of my order, emails and voice messages have been ignored. When they did finally answer the phone, he said the courier had damaged 2 different deliveries that have been sent out to me and that they won't be sending anymore, and that it's out of his hands. I have asked for a refund, he said it'll take 4 maybe 5 days before its back in my account. Its been nearly 2 weeks now, doesn't look like I'm going to get that either. DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY.
