The rudest nail salon Ive ever been to. Been getting my nails done for years and years - moved house and needed to find somewhere else. Dont know where all these good reviews have come from because I got my nails done there and all the staff were so rude, on their phones not serving anyone, when you ask to look at colours they just shove them at you or god forbid ask them to file them shorter! I went back to get one of the nails fixed which came off and the experience was even more SHOCKING. No one would have thought I was supporting their independent business, felt like it was more of an inconvenience/chore. Disgusting. Service: Acrylic nails

Very very rude staff. Asked for a certain shape and got told no and they put something different on. Constantly snatching equipment off of each other so customers hands are pushed around and left with wet nails. Absolute worst experience. Ive been before and had rude treatment but liked the nails so thought Id try again; huge mistake. Even worse behaviour than before. The numbers on their colour charts also dont match with the bottles they use and they wont listen if you say theyve done it wrong. Cant say enough how terrible they are and how much you should go somewhere else. Edit for stores response: I came with a friend and you were rude to both of us on both occasions we came to your store. You refused to round shape on a nail and said no. That is a quote. Claiming Im lying when you know full well youve got terrible customer service and that Im not the only review stating it, is disgusting and just further proves my point. Definitely avoid.
