Fret Friend: Guitar Workshop

Great service from Victor, I took my Ibanez in yesterday and it was done by this afternoon.. Having been re strung elsewhere, the action was too high and it was impossible to tune correctly. I plugged it in as soon as I got home and was so pleased: it felt and sounded great. I will definately going back and would highly recommended. Thanks Victor

What a Great guy Vic is! After changing my own strings I had convinced myself that I'd caused an issue with my guitar, I rang Vic about setting my guitar up and he saw me the same day to advise me what was required. He played my guitar and told me the setup was already good!! He wouldn't even take any money for putting my mind at rest. I will 100% be bringing my guitars to you for future maintenance Vic thankyou

I took my guitar to Fretfriend under the assumption it was too far gone to be saved. It had been unplayable for years and numerous people before never 'fixed' it. Victor was my last shot and oh my days I cannot believe he actually managed to unwarp the neck so well. The full refret was done well and I am over the moon to have my #1 back in my life.

I've sent both of my personal guitars to Victor and wouldn't go anywhere else. I live in the southwest and have posted both. Absolutely amazing job done on both guitars. Victor is very helpful , friendly and knowledgable. Both guitars are an absolute dream to play , his attention to detail is second to none.
