    I bought a Ford Focus Titanium from Kain on 30th June. The transaction was smooth and Kain seemed like a respectable car dealer. He even emphasized that he likes to have everything in proper working order before he sells any car. The car seemed to be fine at first, but there are numerous problems with it: the breaks don't work well, despite being advertised as having new brakes; the rear sensors don't work; there is an engine warning light that needs attention; and the AC doesn't work. I called Kain who responded by saying that he has ordered rear sensors but is still waiting for them (it's been over 3 weeks) and that there's 'no point' in him taking the AC to be fixed. He assured me that he would come over the following day to take a look at the other issues. He never arrived. He has now stopped replying to messages and answering my calls. I have reported him to trading standards as this is a breach of the 3-month warranty that comes with this car. If you buy a car from this dealership, be prepared that you may have issues with it and will need to take it elsewhere to get it repaired, at your own cost.

    I bought a fiesta off Kain the car was everything he l explained and more was very respectful and the price was very affordable. We Evan got offered a drink while the transaction took place. Would recommend this place to anybody looking for a car he has for you that you are looking for always goes above and beyond for his customers.

    Bought a car from this company, the owners name is Kain, which he was selling on eBay. It was described as having a full service history. I had the car delivered to me, when it arrived the service book was missing. I was told it had been accidentally left in the office but it would be sent the next day by recorded delivery. After five days of excuses and lies the service book has never materialised and I have now been blocked from communicating with him. I see Im not the first person hes done this to, and Im sure I wont be the last. I will now be reporting him to trading standards and the Motor Ombudsman.
