I have not a printer at home and was told carlos could scan the bar code and print the labels for me.
I carried two large parcels through the shop, there was stock and empty boxes scattered on the floor health and safety not in place, to then get to the front of the shop, too be told they hadn't a clue how to print off labels as it was a new printer, did I know how too do it. ?
What a joke...
Reported this incident to the company I purchased the goods from, what a waste of time having a hermes account.
The man in the shop was so rude, I would never go in there again
