Excellent in a word staff are all super friendly. Residents are extremely happy lots off activities going on for the residents. All in all a excellent place.

Terrible bad management throughout this business - Who feel the need not to do the job correctly and to abuse their rank in making employees feel terrible.

I spent the last couple years being an agency carer, and had the good fortune to work many many shifts here. The Team here, made me feel like one of them, never made me feel like an outsider, they really made me feel welcomed - a lot of places wont even bother to learn your name, dovetail isnt like that. They truely care for their service users, and in an emergency, they are the team you want behind you or looking after your loved one - they are truely like lighning to react in an emergency. Im leaving the industry, and i will truely miss working shifts here, its my favorite care home ive ever worked in , and ive loved working with the team at dovetail. From management down to the carers , cleaners and maintanance staff, theyare all wonderful people, truly a credit to the company that owns Dovetail house, and to the industry as a whole. Theyve worked their butts off through the pandemic, ( not that they didnt beforehand) and deserve even more praise than I can type here. To all at dovetail, you are awesome, keep up the good work
