        Went in to buy an item today, no one else in the shop but me, two female staff members stood chatting away, asked if I could view an item in the window, both looked at me and huffed and rolled their eyes...sorry for making you do your job ladies and interrupting your conversation.. ...rude and needless to say I didn't purchase the item and went to F Hind instead...

        Outrageous Asked to look at an item to potentially but and was told I had to pay 100% deposit to look at it?! What??? Nice to see how they feel about their potential customers. The item was 695 who is going to pay that and then have to wait 3days etc before they get their money back if they DONT but it! Come on Warren James, you need to do better! Went across to F. Hinds and they let me handle everything and see it without a deposit!
