Absolutely delighted with the service from start to finish. From entering the shop and picking some samples, and being able to bring them home to make sure we were happy. To coming to measure, quote and fit all in a couple of weeks. The laminate in the hallway looks amazing, and then the stairs and hall finish off our new glass balustrade perfectly. We will be coming back when we need another room doing for sure!

Having been looking for a local company rather than a large chain to fit new carpets into my rental property I can across this shop by chance when driving pass. I wish I hadn't. First the lady in the shop was very nice etc. I got a quote done and later call to arrange the fitting. Fast forward to the fitting and the carpet wasn't fitting correctly. Instead of calling me and letting me know the tenant had to call me and let me know of the issue. I them spoke to the same lady on the phone and I was told she has "just found out" about this from the fitters. Said the the measurements were wrong. I later found out this not to be the case when a tenant measured the roo again for me. She then started to shout at me that she was not going to be paying for it when i said a new carpet would need to be order. She then became very unprofessional and not very helpful. Few days later I got a text to say to replace the carpet would cost another 130. Being 150 miles around and had anew person moving in I had no other choice as I wasn't able to get up to sort it out. As you can guess I wouldn't recommend this company at all.
