We recently used Belvoir Lettings to move into our new property. From the first chat for the enquiry right up until the key handover Phillippa and Tayla were fabulous and really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they both did all they could to ensure we were able to move into our new property as quickly as possible. They went over and above in every way possible! Communication was quick and easy, we were kept in the loop all the time and are very happy with the service we received. Thank you so much ladies for all your help! We appreciate it so much xxx

Could not recommend Belvoir enough! From start to finish, they kept us very up to date, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Philippa and her team are very knowledgable and are a credit to the company, we will certainly be recommending them to all our friends and family! :)

Hopeless. Belvoir were appointed to deal with the sale of my partners property. We have found the updates provided along the sale process to be contradictory leading to confusion. In addition, it is very hard to get hold of people. No one answers the phone, messages left go unanswered. Eventually you get a snotty email being acused of not completing paperwork for the sale when you have done this and have even had an acknowledgement back when you did it. Belvior charge 1.2% for sales. They are very expensive and the service does not back up the cost you are paying. We have submitted a formal complaint which Belvoir have to date ignored. No surprise there but as it stands we will not be paying their invoice when the property sells. Avoid. You will regret appointing these. Update: I took my complaint to the property ombudsman who upheld my complaint against Belvior and also awarded me compensation. Avoid at all costs. **Belvoir seem to flag my complaint to get it removed from google - would you expect this from a reputable estate agent?**
