Absolutely disgusting from start to not finished, 6 months ago we was advised that our property was sold subject to contract with a cash buyer, with all financing in place and a quick sale. 2 months in to find they was looking for a mortgage what was not needed as these was cash buyers. After 6 months we have removed the property from the sale and will not be charged solicitors fees because of there incompetence to get the right information. Stay well clear and you a trusted and reputable company.

What an amazing and personal service we have received on our recent sale. David Bounts staff have been so professional, partucularly Tina, who I have dealt with mostly and also Maggie. We have been kept up to date constantly and have been reassured when the goings got tough. They could not do enough for us. Thank you so so much, I would highly recommend them and would use them again in a heart beat.
